Join a wonderful family in Boston's Back Bay as a full-time nanny for their 2+ month old baby boy! This is a long-term position starting February 2nd, offering the opportunity to be a key part of a child's early development.
**What You'll Do:**
You'll provide loving, attentive care for an infant, including:
• Creating and maintaining healthy sleep and activity schedules
• Managing all daily infant needs (diaper changes, bottle feeding, breast milk handling)
• Supporting developmental milestones through play and engagement
• Planning enriching outings to parks, library, classes, and story time
• Building connections with local nanny groups and children in the community
• Introducing age-appropriate meals and food prep as baby grows
• Keeping the nursery and home organized and tidy
• Light household tasks during nap times (dishes, laundry, errands)
**About You:**
You're organized, proactive, and independent—someone who takes pride in creating a nurturing environment. You have experience with infant care and are comfortable with household management. Non-smoker and pet-friendly!
**Schedule & Compensation:**
Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm | $25-33/hour | Some evenings, weekends, and potential travel may be needed
