About This Role:
We're looking for a caring, engaging babysitter to provide occasional childcare on a flexible, as-needed basis. This is perfect for someone who values flexibility and wants to work with a growing family.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise playtime and create engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals
• Assist with daily routines including bedtime
• Maintain a safe, fun, and nurturing environment
• Keep both children happy, entertained, and well-cared for
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience caring for multiple young children
• Patient, creative, and energetic approach to childcare
• Ability to manage the needs of both a toddler and preschooler simultaneously
Position Details:
• Occasional babysitting (as-needed basis)
• Flexible start date (ideally March 14th, but we can adjust for you)
• Pay: $23–$27 per hour based on experience
• Location: Washington, DC
