Join a Westford family as an Occasional Babysitter caring for a wonderful 4-year-old boy with special needs!

🕐 SCHEDULE

Flexible hours, as-needed basis:

• Monday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Tuesday – Thursday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

💰 COMPENSATION

$29.00 - $30.00 per hour

👶 ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a perfect opportunity for caregivers passionate about supporting children with special needs. Your charge is a non-verbal 4-year-old who thrives with patient, experienced caregivers who understand his unique communication style and developmental needs.

✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of paid childcare experience

• Special needs experience strongly preferred

• CPR certified (or willing to get certified)

• Authorized to work in the US

• Two professional references

• Ability to pass background and social media checks

• Valid driver's license a plus (not required)
