About Arlo:
Arlo is a fun, loving toddler who attends daycare Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.
What We Need:
We're looking for flexible, reliable support with Arlo's care around our early work schedules. Our usual backup is grandma, but we need someone for occasional coverage when she's unavailable.
Your Schedule (Flexible Options):
• Morning shift: Arrive before 8:00-8:30am, prepare Arlo for the day, and drive him to downtown daycare (5-7 min drive)
• Afternoon shift: Pick Arlo up from daycare around 5pm and spend an hour together until we're home
• Or a combination of both!
• Available daycare hours: 7am-6pm if different times work better
Your Responsibilities:
• Morning care and daycare drop-off
• Afternoon pick-up and hang-out time
• Light meal and snack prep
• Bedtime routine (when applicable)
• Basic sick care
• Pet-friendly household
What We're Looking For:
• Your own reliable car
• Valid driver's license
• Comfort around pets
• Responsible, nurturing childcare provider
Compensation: $20-$28/hour
Start Date: Flexible
