Join a warm, young family as a part-time nanny/educator in Northwest Dallas!
The Family:
A busy homeschooling family with three wonderful children (ages 5.5, 3.5, and 1.5) and a new baby arriving this fall. They're building a gentle, intentional learning environment at home and need a caring, experienced partner.
What You'll Do:
• Lead engaging learning activities and reading time with the older children
• Play, explore nature, and enjoy hands-on projects together
• Provide warm, patient supervision for all three kids
• Handle light household tasks: load/unload dishwasher, prep kid meals and snacks, wipe down dining areas, tidy toys and common spaces
Who We're Looking For:
• Several years of experience with young children (comfortable managing 3-4 kids at once)
• Warm, patient, and naturally calm in busy, noisy environments
• Kind but firm with boundaries; proactive and self-directed
• Non-smoker with reliable transportation
• Someone who genuinely loves engaging with little ones
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:30am-2:30pm (30 hours/week)
Compensation:
$20-27/hour
