Join an established nanny team caring for three wonderful children in Bethesda!
**About the Role:**
We're seeking an experienced, compassionate nanny to join our household as part of a two-nanny team. You'll provide high-quality childcare for our infant, toddler, and preschooler in a supportive, collaborative environment.
**Schedule:**
Morning shift: 6:00–9:00 a.m.
Afternoon/Evening shift: 3:00–7:00 p.m.
Plus flexible weekend hours as needed
Start date: Flexible
**Compensation:**
$20–$30/hour based on experience, qualifications, and flexibility
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Attentive childcare for mixed ages (newborn to preschool)
• Transporting children to activities and appointments
• Light housekeeping and meal prep/snack preparation
• Creating a safe, nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment
**Required Qualifications:**
• 4+ years of professional childcare experience
• Proven newborn and multiples care experience
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Excellent references from previous families
• Reliable, organized, and a strong team player
**Work Arrangement:**
Live-in or live-out (your preference)
