🍼 About the Role:
Provide expert, responsive care for an infant (0-11 months) in a nurturing home environment. You'll handle all aspects of infant care including feeding, diaper changes, soothing, and creating safe sleep routines. Light tidying related to baby care is included.
✨ What We're Looking For:
You're passionate about newborns and experienced in responsive, modern infant care approaches. You understand each baby is unique and adapt your techniques accordingly.
📋 Your Responsibilities:
• Infant feeding, diaper care, and settling routines
• Maintaining a safe, comfortable sleep environment
• Tracking feeds and sleep using our app
• Brief morning handoff communication
• Light baby-related tidying
✅ Required Qualifications:
• Fluent English speaker
• Current Infant CPR/First Aid certification
• Recent newborn care references
• Passed background check
• Non-smoker
📅 Schedule:
Full-time, 6am-6pm, 7 days per week (Please note: This is an intensive schedule)
💰 Compensation:
$20-50/hour (based on experience)
