After-School Companion in Houston

Join a welcoming family in Houston as a reliable after-school sitter!

About the Role:

Pick up a wonderful 12+ year old from her school bus stop (just a 10-minute drive away) and bring her home for quality time until her parent arrives from work. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful connections with kids.

About Your Student:

She's creative, fun, and full of personality! She loves:

• Building intricate LEGO sets

• Gaming on her Nintendo Switch

• Making colorful bracelets

• Drawing and creating art

• Playing card games

What We're Looking For:

A caring, reliable, and non-smoking caregiver with your own transportation. Bonus: You'll be working with two sweet pets—Apollo the dog and Loki the cat—so being comfortable with animals is a plus!

Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 4:45 PM - 5:45 PM (1 hour per day)

Start Date: February 23, 2026

Parking:

Free convenient parking in the apartment complex garage (ground floor of the first building).

Compensation:

$16-25/hour
