We're seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver for our middle school-aged child who has special needs.
**Position Details:**
• Location: Natick, MA
• Start Date: February 21, 2026 (ASAP)
• Schedule: 7 days per week, 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM
• Compensation: $25-$29 per hour
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide attentive supervision and support throughout the day
• Prepare nutritious meals
• Assist with personal care and daily routines
• Create a safe, nurturing environment
• Maintain open communication with the family
**Requirements:**
• Own reliable transportation (car required)
• Proven experience working with children with special needs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Responsible, proactive, and dependable approach to childcare
• Ability to commit to a consistent schedule
