**Position Overview:**
We're seeking a warm, reliable caregiver who genuinely loves working with babies and celebrating early milestones. This is a consistent, part-time position perfect for someone looking for steady hours with flexibility.
**Schedule:**
Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
(15 hours/week)
**Your Role:**
• Provide quality one-on-one care and bonding time with our infant
• Handle one feeding during your shift
• Enjoy a comfortable, independent working environment (parents work from home but won't hover)
• Support early development and create joyful moments
**Compensation & Flexibility:**
• $20-25/hour
• Optional occasional weekend hours and date night opportunities available (not required)
• Consistent, predictable schedule
