Location: Sterling, VA

💰 COMPENSATION

$18-$20 per hour

👶 ABOUT THE ROLE

We need someone who genuinely loves working with toddlers to provide engaging care for our 2-3 year old. You'll create a fun, nurturing environment while keeping things organized and safe.

📋 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Structured learning activities and creative playtime

• Prepare snacks and heat up meals

• Support daily routines including toilet training and bedtime

• Light housekeeping (tidying up after playtime)

• Maintain a clean and safe environment

• Minimum 2 years of verifiable paid experience with 2-3 year olds

• Patient, caring, and reliable demeanor

• **Own reliable car required** (to get to our home)

• Strong communication skills
