About This Role:
We're seeking a compassionate, experienced caregiver who understands neurodivergent children and can provide the structure, consistency, and calm support our son thrives with. This is a meaningful opportunity to become a trusted, positive presence in a child's life.
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
(Some weekend availability is a plus)
Your Responsibilities:
• Provide attentive, engaged supervision
• Support evening routines with structure and consistency
• Facilitate homework help and learning activities
• Engage in positive, age-appropriate activities together
• Help calmly de-escalate moments of frustration with emotional regulation support
• Occasional accompaniment to activities
• Support with snacks and meals
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience with ADHD, ASD, or special needs children (Required)
• Patient, calm, and emotionally regulated demeanor
• Ability to set kind but firm boundaries
• Reliable and professional
• Excellent references from previous families
• CPR/First Aid Certification (Preferred)
Compensation:
$30–$40/hour based on experience
