Join a wonderful San Diego family as a full-time nanny caring for three children: a newborn, a 3-year-old, and a 5-year-old.
**Your Primary Responsibilities:**
Provide compassionate care for the newborn while mom is on maternity leave (transitioning to shared care as she returns to work)
Handle school drop-offs and pick-ups for the two older boys
Manage extracurricular activity transportation
Care for the boys when they stay home sick from preschool
**Additional Support:**
Light housekeeping and tidying when time permits
Laundry and meal preparation
Grocery shopping assistance
**Schedule:**
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:30am - 5:30pm
Wednesday, Friday: 7:30am - 12:30pm
Flexible around school and parental work hours
**What We're Looking For:**
Non-smoker with a valid driver's license
Experience with infants and toddlers
First Aid certification preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
**Compensation:**
$24-28/hour, Full-time
Start Date: February 2, 2026
