**About the Role:**
This is a fantastic opportunity to provide loving care for an infant in a supportive home environment. One parent works from home, creating a collaborative atmosphere. You'll work 30-39 hours per week with a semi-flexible schedule averaging 9:30am-4pm, Monday through Friday.
**What You'll Do:**
• Engage in developmental play and reading
• Handle diaper changes, naps, and feeding (milk and blended foods)
• Enjoy daily walks and outings
• Light housekeeping: dishes, bottle washing, vacuuming
• Basic food prep: cutting vegetables and assisting with recipes
**What We're Looking For:**
• Calm, nurturing caregiver who creates a safe, secure environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Proactive and engaged (minimal phone use while caring for baby)
• Strong understanding of infant development and behavior
• Easy to communicate with
• Non-smoker with own transportation
**Compensation & Details:**
• $19-25/hour
• Starts February 2nd
• 3rd floor apartment (stroller storage on 1st floor)
• No pets, allergies, or smoking
• Multilingual caregivers welcome (some English preferred)
