About the Role:
We're looking for a patient, nurturing caregiver with special needs experience to provide occasional childcare on an as-needed basis. This is a perfect opportunity for someone seeking flexible work with a caring family.
What You'll Do:
• Engage children in fun, age-appropriate activities
• Prepare nutritious snacks and meals
• Support toilet training milestones
• Ensure the children's safety and well-being at all times
• Create a warm, supportive environment
What We're Looking For:
• Special needs experience (required)
• Your own reliable vehicle
• Patient, responsible, and nurturing approach to childcare
• Strong communication skills
Position Details:
• Start Date: Flexible (first day potentially February 8, 2026 at 11:30 AM)
• Pay: $18-$21 per hour
• Location: Chicago, IL
• Type: Occasional/As-needed basis
