Join a warm, organized San Diego family as a Nanny & Household Manager! We're seeking a proactive, experienced caregiver to support our home with a newborn and toddler while the parent focuses on quality time with the kids.
**Your Role:**
You'll be the backbone of our household, handling both childcare and home management seamlessly:
• Light supervision of our toddler while parent cares for baby
• Expert infant/newborn care experience
• Kitchen management: bottle cleaning, sanitizing, meal prep (2-3x/week)
• Light to moderate cleaning and laundry
• Grocery shopping and inventory tracking
• Running errands and errands
• Dog walking (two friendly dogs on the property)
• Anticipate family needs with minimal direction
**What We're Looking For:**
• Infant/toddler experience required
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Strong hygiene standards
• CPR certified preferred
• Non-smoker with own transportation
• Comfortable with pets
• Excellent parent references
**Schedule & Compensation:**
• 2-3 days/week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• 8am-5pm (5-6 hrs/day)
• $25-30/hr based on experience
• Start: March 2, 2026
