🌟 About This Role
Work with 3 wonderful children (preschool and elementary age) in a supportive, therapy-based environment. You'll be trained by Board Certified Behavioral Analysts to provide compassionate care using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) principles.

Monday - Sunday availability
3:30 PM - 8:30 PM

💰 Pay
$23 - $29 per hour (based on experience)
✨ What You'll Do
• Teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills through proven ABA methods
• Engage children through interactive play and activities—get down on the floor, have fun, and match their energy!
• Keep detailed records of progress and program goals
• Ensure safety and create a nurturing environment
• Learn from experienced, certified professionals
📋 What We're Looking For
• High school diploma + 12+ months childcare experience, OR
• Associate's degree or higher in related field + 6+ months childcare experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable car
• Passion for supporting children with autism
• Willingness to grow and learn
