**The Opportunity**
Work with 3 wonderful children (preschool and elementary ages) in Redondo Beach, supporting their development through evidence-based ABA therapy. You'll learn directly from Board Certified Behavioral Analysts and gain valuable hands-on experience in a rewarding field.
**What You'll Do**
• Teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills using Applied Behavioral Analysis
• Engage actively with children through play and interactive activities (including floor play, bending, and movement)
• Maintain detailed treatment data and progress records
• Ensure a safe, supportive environment for each child
• Collaborate with certified professionals to support therapeutic goals
**Schedule**
• Monday - Sunday availability (flexible which days you work)
• 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM daily
• Flexible start date
**Compensation & Requirements**
• $21 - $27/hour (based on experience)
• Must have own car and valid driver's license
• High school diploma/GED + at least one college semester completed (or currently enrolled)
• 6+ months paid childcare experience, volunteer work with kids, or ABA background
