Join our warm, active family in Elkridge as an after-school babysitter! We're looking for a reliable caregiver 4 days/week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) from 1:30-6:30pm, with flexible scheduling.
✨ About the Role:
Supervise and engage with our three wonderful children (ages 9-14), including one with high-functioning autism. Help with homework, activity drop-offs/pickups, and keep everyone safe and happy.

One of our kids thrives with academic support—if you enjoy tutoring, we'd love your help! We're also open to additional responsibilities like meal prep, light housekeeping, pet care, and organization if you're interested in expanding your role.
📋 What We Need:
• Own reliable transportation
• Non-smoker
• Comfort with pets (we have a dog!)
• Homework help skills
• Ability to handle pickups and drop-offs
• Experience with neurodivergent children is a plus
💰 Pay: $20-26/hour based on experience
