Monday & Tuesday: 8am–3:30pm
Wednesday–Friday: 8am–3pm
(27.5 hours/week initially, with hours expanding as the family's needs evolve)
💰 Compensation
$24–$29/hour, paid on the books with all legal protections and benefits.

Both parents work from home part-time, creating a collaborative caregiving approach:
• Dad works from home full-time
• Mom works from home Wednesday–Friday
• Plenty of parental support and clear communication
