**About the Role**
We're seeking a native German, Italian, or Spanish speaker to provide immersion language care for our two children. Your role is to engage our kids in meaningful conversation exclusively in your native language, gently encouraging them to respond in kind.
**What You'll Do**
• Speak only in your native language during all interactions
• Encourage language development through playful conversation and repetition
• Help children get ready for the day and out the door on time
• Support positive behavior and good manners
• Accompany our youngest to pre-K (combination of walking and public transit)
• Be bright, engaged, and enthusiastic about language learning
**Schedule**
• Weekday mornings: 7:15 AM - 9:15 AM
• Saturday option: 8:15 AM - 1:15 PM
• Flexible number of days per week
• Starting March 2
**What We're Looking For**
• Native fluency in German, Italian, or Spanish
• Genuine love for working with children
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Reliable transportation (walking + bus experience needed)
• Background check required
**Compensation**
$25/hour
