**About the Role:**
Mom works from home and needs reliable support caring for baby during focused work hours. You'll provide attentive, engaged childcare while building a meaningful connection with this little one.
**Schedule:**
Just 6 hours per week:
• Thursdays: 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM
• Fridays: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
**What You'll Do:**
• Engage baby through age-appropriate activities and play
• Prepare and feed solids
• Handle diaper changes
• Help with nap time routines
**What We're Looking For:**
• Proven experience caring for infants
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Non-smoker
• Reliable car and valid driver's license
• Strong references from previous families
• Present and attentive (phone-free while baby is awake!)
**Compensation:** $18-24/hour
**Location:** Houston, TX (77057 area)
**Start Date:** February 12, 2026
