We're seeking a caring, experienced caregiver for flexible, as-needed childcare in Falls Church, VA. This is perfect for someone looking for occasional work with a predictable family.
**About the Role:**
Primarily weeknight coverage for work obligations and date nights. We typically provide 1-7 days notice (though sometimes shorter notice is needed).
**Your Responsibilities:**
• Feeding (both formula and solids)
• Bath time and playtime
• Bedtime routine and sleep support
• Meal and snack preparation
• Sick care when needed
**What We're Looking For:**
• Prior experience with infants (required)
• Valid driver's license and reliable car
• Responsible, nurturing, and attentive caregiver
**Compensation:**
$23-$27/hour
**Schedule:**
Flexible start date • As-needed basis • 1-7 days notice
