Join a warm, collaborative family as a nanny for two adorable 14-15 month old siblings in a nannyshare arrangement with the upstairs family!
**About the Role:**
We're seeking an experienced, nurturing nanny who loves working with babies and wants to build a long-term relationship with our family. This is a part-time position starting January 27, with scheduling flexibility as we grow together.
**What We're Looking For:**
• Experience with infants and separation anxiety - one little one needs extra patience and love as they adjust to caregivers
• A heart for interactive, developmental play and minimal screen time
• Reliable transportation (essential!)
• Comfort with pets - between households there's one dog and three cats
• Someone genuinely passionate about early childhood development
**The Schedule:**
Monday-Friday, 12pm-6pm (starting at minimum 2 days/week, with potential for more)
**Compensation:**
$18-30/hour (based on experience)
