**About the Role:**
We're seeking an experienced, patient caregiver to provide in-home support while parents are present. You'll assist with baby care, feeding, bottle washing, playtime, and engaging activities—giving mom and dad time to handle cooking, cleaning, and other household tasks.
**What We're Looking For:**
• Proven experience with infants (0-12 months)
• CPR certification
• College degree preferred
• Non-smoker with reliable transportation
• Strong references from previous childcare positions
• Genuine patience and love for working with babies
**Position Details:**
• One-time engagement starting March 23
• Hourly rate: $22-33
• Location: Philadelphia, PA
• In-home care with parents present
