**Position Details:**
Part-time: 3 days per week
Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
Set days with some flexibility
Start Date: April 1st
Pay: $22-34/hour (W-2 payroll, guaranteed weekly)
**About Our Approach:**
We practice gentle parenting and value caregivers who are responsive to baby's cues, patient with nap routines, and respectful of our no cry-it-out philosophy.
**What a Typical Day Looks Like:**
Play and exploration • Bottles and snacks • 1-2 naps • Reading time • Tummy time • Outdoor adventures (weather permitting)
**About Your Role:**
Light housekeeping support • Care for our friendly cat • Create a nurturing environment for our daughter to thrive
**What We're Looking For:**
Infant caregiving experience • Reliable transportation • CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified) • Non-smoker • References • Patient, warm, and dependable
