Join a wonderful family in Washington, DC as an evening babysitter! We're seeking a caring, attentive professional to watch our two children while a parent attends an evening class.
👶 What You'll Do:
• Provide nurturing care and supervision for an infant (0-11 months) and a 5-year-old
• Bottle feed, burp, and change diapers for our baby
• Engage our preschooler in calm, age-appropriate activities
• Prepare simple snacks or meals as needed
• Monitor safe infant sleep and soothe when needed
• Maintain a tidy play area and clean up after activities
• Keep parents updated on how the evening went
✨ What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience caring for infants and young children
• Comfortable managing two children at once
• Knowledge of safe sleep practices for babies
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and non-smoker
• Patient, nurturing approach to childcare
📅 Schedule:
Monday evenings, 4:30pm-8pm
💰 Pay: $25-35/hour
🚀 Start Date: March 16, 2026
