Join a warm, organized family in Minneapolis caring for three wonderful children ages 6, 8, and 11!
About the Role:
You'll primarily support our curious 6-year-old while also connecting with our sports-loving 8-year-old and independent 11-year-old who enjoys creative pursuits. This is a flexible position combining after-school care with occasional evening and weekend babysitting.
Your Responsibilities:
• Afternoon supervision and homework help
• Meal preparation for the kids
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• School pickups and drop-offs (your car required)
• Age-appropriate activities and genuine connection with each child
Schedule:
• Monday: 1pm-6pm
• Tuesday-Friday: 2pm-6pm
• Wednesday: 2pm-7pm
• Additional flexibility available for evening/weekend sitting
What We're Looking For:
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Genuine care and patience with multiple age groups
• Organizational skills and light housework experience
• Alignment with our gentle, individualized parenting approach
Compensation: $24-33/hour
