**The Role:**
Support a loving family with two children (ages 1 and 5) in beautiful Edgewater, soon relocating to Golden. Work 3-30 flexible hours per week—choose your schedule or share shifts with other caregivers. Parents work from home, so you'll collaborate closely with mom on meals, outings, play activities, diaper care, and baby-wearing.
**Your Responsibilities:**
• Infant/toddler care and engagement
• Light meal preparation
• Organizing play areas and structured activities
• School drop-off/pick-up (mileage reimbursed)
• Supporting a creative, energetic 5-year-old with 2E needs
• Light housekeeping and pet-friendly care
**About the Family:**
Kosher Jewish home, LGBTQ+ affirming, with 2 cats and a small dog. Mom is a therapist and spiritual medium. Breastfeeding baby will sometimes be present.
**Required Qualifications:**
✓ Professional experience with infants/toddlers
✓ Current CPR certification
✓ Non-smoker
✓ Familiar with gentle/attachment parenting
✓ Valid driver's license and own transportation
✓ Background check and 2-3 references
