🍼 About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced, nurturing nanny to provide comprehensive newborn care and light household support. This is a wonderful opportunity to build a long-term relationship with a growing family, with potential to expand from part-time to full-time hours.
👶 What You'll Do:
• Attentive newborn care: feeding support, diaper changes, soothing
• Support baby's development during wake windows
• Light household tasks including laundry and meal prep for the family
• Flexible assistance with family routines
📅 Schedule & Flexibility:
• Part-time starting: 4-6 hours per shift, up to 5 days/week
• Growth to full-time: 6-8 hours/day available
• Current schedule: Mon-Thurs 8am-1pm, Wed 1pm-6pm, Fri 8am-6pm
• Long-term position starting April 8
💰 Compensation:
$22-25/hour (based on experience)
✨ Ideal Candidate:
• Experienced with newborns and infant development
• Knowledgeable about sleep routines and feeding cues
• Non-smoker, pet-friendly (they have a senior French Bulldog)
• Vaccinated (Tdap and flu)
• Excellent communicator and proactive problem-solver
• Comfortable working collaboratively with parents
• Own transportation
