About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced and compassionate newborn care professional to support our growing family with our newborn starting late March/early April. This is a full-time daytime position perfect for someone who loves working with infants during their most precious early weeks.
Your Responsibilities:
• Expert newborn care including feeding support, burping, soothing, and diapering
• Establish and maintain healthy sleep routines and habits
• Prepare and clean bottles
• Keep baby's environment clean, safe, and nurturing
• Provide attentive, knowledgeable care with a calm and organized approach
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience with newborn care or NCS certification
• Reliable, patient, and excellent communicator
• Comfortable with pets
• Valid driver's license and own transportation
• CPR/First Aid certification required
• Non-smoker
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Compensation:
$22-32/hour (based on experience)
