We're seeking an experienced nanny to care for our three children (preschool and elementary school ages) in Seattle, WA.
**About the Role:**
This is an occasional babysitting position with a flexible start date around February 16th, 2026 (adjustable based on your availability). You'll provide reliable, nurturing care in a multi-family nanny share arrangement.
**What You'll Do:**
• Supervise playtime and foster independence through positive behavior guidance
• Help with homework and provide tutoring support
• Prepare nutritious snacks and meals
• Assist with toilet training and bedtime routines
• Manage light housekeeping and laundry
• Run errands as needed
• Provide sick care when necessary
• Create a safe, structured learning environment
**What We're Looking For:**
• Multiple years of childcare experience with multiples
• Proven experience working with children who have special needs
• Strong communication skills and reliability
• Ability to promote learning and independence
• Valid driver's license and background check
**Compensation:**
$27.00 - $31.00 per hour
