Join our San Diego family as a nanny for our 11-month-old daughter!
About the Role:
We're looking for an engaged, active caregiver who believes in child-led learning and development. Using Montessori principles, you'll support our daughter's independence and growth through play and exploration.
What You'll Do:
• Engage in interactive play and age-appropriate activities
• Foster independence and hands-on learning
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks throughout the day (dishes, tidying)
• Help manage messes as part of the learning process
• Provide loving, attentive infant care
Schedule & Compensation:
• Part-time position: 5-6 hours per day
• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 12:00 PM - 11:59 PM
• $20-30/hour (based on experience)
• Start date: September 1, 2026
What We're Looking For:
• Experience with infants and developmental approaches
• Comfort with pets
• Willingness to support light housekeeping
• Patient, nurturing demeanor
• Reliable and professional
