**About the Role:**
We're seeking a reliable and engaging babysitter to care for our elementary-aged child during the summer break. This is a part-time position perfect for students, gap year travelers, or childcare professionals looking for flexible summer work.
**Schedule:**
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
June 15 - August 6, 2026
(Some flexibility available)
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Supervise and engage child in fun, age-appropriate activities
• Prepare healthy snacks and light meals
• Support reading development and educational activities
• Provide safe, nurturing care in a positive environment
• Transport child as needed (valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required)
**What We're Looking For:**
• Passionate about working with children
• Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
• Ability to create a safe, fun atmosphere
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Commitment to the full schedule
**Compensation:**
$15 - $18 per hour (based on experience)
**Bonus:**
Open to nanny share arrangements with another family.
