About the Family:
We're a conscious, organized family seeking a grounded, self-led caregiver who shares our values of warmth, engagement, and emotional steadiness. We love the outdoors and embrace an organic, vegetarian lifestyle.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
• Childcare for our delightful baby (0-11 months) and toddler — playtime, outdoor activities, and nurturing care
• Light housekeeping: kitchen reset, dishes, and toy organization
• Simple vegetarian meal prep
• Creating a calm, organized home environment
About You:
You're playful, calm, and genuinely enjoy working outdoors. You have:
• Initiative and personal responsibility
• Comfort with an organic, vegetarian lifestyle
• A spiritual or God-conscious presence
• The ability to create order while nurturing children through nature-based play
• A calm, emotionally steady demeanor
Schedule & Compensation:
• Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 6am-6pm
• $20-25/hour
• Starts February 15, 2026
Requirements:
• Non-smoker
• Genuine love for working with young children
