Join a family in Minneapolis caring for a precious newborn who needs specialized, attentive care!
**About the Role:**
This is a full-time nanny position perfect for experienced caregivers passionate about supporting infants through their early months. You'll provide developmentally appropriate care for a medically complex infant (0-11 months) with post-NICU needs.
**Your Expertise:**
• Proven experience with infants under 12 months, including post-NICU and medically complex babies
• Comfortable managing oxygen support, specialized feeding routines, reflux care, and close health monitoring
• Deep understanding of infant cues, pacing, and preventing overstimulation
• Skilled with frequent feeding schedules, short wake windows, and variable routines
• Gentle, sensory-safe play and tummy time
• Ability to support early-intervention therapy goals and communicate effectively with therapists
**Daily Responsibilities:**
• Attentive infant care with keen observation of mood, feeding tolerance, and developmental changes
• Baby-related laundry and feeding supply preparation
• Keeping the nursery and baby areas organized and welcoming
**Schedule & Compensation:**
Monday-Thursday: 6am-6pm (Full-time)
Hourly Rate: $17-36/hour
Start Date: March 23, 2026
**Requirements:**
Non-smoker • Valid driver's license & reliable transportation • Comfortable with pets • First Aid training preferred
