About the Role:
We're seeking a patient, nurturing caregiver who can provide a safe, loving environment during evening hours. This is a flexible, casual babysitting position perfect for someone who loves working with children and is eager to make a meaningful difference.
Your Responsibilities:
• Supervise and engage in play activities
• Prepare healthy snacks and meals
• Support with toilet training in a gentle, encouraging way
• Establish calming bedtime routines
• Maintain a clean, safe environment
What We're Looking For:
• Experience working with autistic children (preferred, but willingness to learn is valued)
• Calm, patient, and understanding demeanor
• Comfort communicating with and caring for non-verbal children
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to follow routines and structure
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Kind, dependable, and nurturing personality
Schedule:
Evening shifts, 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Flexible start date
Available most weekdays and weekends
Compensation: $10–$32/hour based on experience
