**About the Role:**
This is casual, as-needed babysitting with a flexible start date. Your main responsibility is creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment for our little one while we're away. We handle all meal and snack prep, so you can focus on play, care, and bedtime routines.
**What We're Looking For:**
• A kind, nurturing caregiver who genuinely enjoys spending time with toddlers
• Patient and attentive with excellent childcare skills
• Comfortable around pets (we have a friendly 3-year-old dog)
• Own reliable car and valid driver's license
• Dependable and ready to build a meaningful connection with our family
**Compensation:**
$26–$30 per hour
