About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced, compassionate caregiver for our elementary-aged child who has special needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a child's life while being an integral part of our family.
Schedule:
Start Date: February 28, 2026
Weekdays: 6:30 AM - 8:30 PM
Weekends: Available as needed
Full week availability required
Compensation:
$21.00 - $22.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate, specialized care tailored to the child's needs
• Plan and engage child in educational activities and tutoring
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks
• Support toilet training and developmental milestones
• Provide safe transportation using your own vehicle
• Create a nurturing, supportive environment
What We're Looking For:
• Special needs experience and training
• Valid Driver's License and reliable car
• First Aid certification
• Background check clearance
• Patient, kind, and genuinely passionate about childcare
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle responsibility with professionalism and care
