**About the Role**
We're seeking a caring, organized individual to support our family two evenings per week. You'll combine childcare for our two young children (ages 1-3) with light household tasks, allowing us to balance work travel with quality family time.
**Your Responsibilities**
Childcare:
• Engage in interactive playtime and age-appropriate activities
• Assist with bath time and bedtime routines
• Prepare simple snacks and meals
Household Support:
• Children's laundry and sheet changes
• Dishes and kitchen cleanup
• Light vacuuming and playroom organization
• General tidying as needed
**Schedule**
• Days: Flexible week-to-week (some consistency appreciated)
• Hours: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
• Start Date: Flexible
**What We're Looking For**
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Comfortable around pets
• Background check clearance
• Up-to-date vaccinations
• Dependable and detail-oriented
**Compensation**
$20-$25/hour (based on experience)
