🕐 FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE:
Monday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (includes school pickup + speech therapy support)
Tuesday–Friday: 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM (school pickup)
Optional: Occasional evenings, weekends, and monthly overnight respite
💰 COMPENSATION:
$25–$30/hour depending on experience
📋 YOUR ROLE:
• Warm, patient engagement and active play
• School pickup in Lexington
• Prepare snacks and light meals
• Support with speech therapy sessions
• Light housekeeping (dishes, laundry, groceries)
• Optional: Admin support with insurance reimbursements
🌟 IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Special education or speech therapy background (preferred but not required)
• Occupational therapy or therapeutic experience a plus
• Playful, engaging personality with genuine patience
• Own reliable car and valid driver's license
• Comfort with light household tasks
