**About the Role:**
Work as a Behavior Technician supporting children with autism through evidence-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA). You'll learn directly from Board Certified Behavioral Analysts while providing compassionate, engaging care.
**What You'll Do:**
• Teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills in a fun, interactive way
• Actively engage with children through play, games, and floor activities
• Track progress and maintain detailed treatment notes
• Keep children safe and supported throughout each session
• Build meaningful connections with families
**Schedule:**
• Monday-Sunday availability
• 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM (after-school hours)
• Flexible start date
**Who You Are:**
• High School Diploma/GED + at least one semester of college coursework (or currently enrolled)
• 6+ months working with children (paid, volunteer, or ABA experience)
• Own reliable car for travel to client locations
• Patient, energetic, and ready to make an impact
**Compensation:**
$21-$28/hour based on experience
