Early Morning Childcare in Baltimore

We're looking for a responsible, non-smoking caregiver to provide childcare in our Baltimore home.

**Your Role:**

You'll be a trusted presence for our two children (ages 1-3 and 6-11) during early morning hours when they're mostly sleeping, ensuring a responsible adult is home while parents transition through their shifts.

**Schedule:**

Monday - Thursday & Saturday: 5:00am - 6:30am (1.5 hours)

Friday: 4:00pm - 8:30pm (one-time, 4.5 hours)

Sunday: 5:00am - 6:30am (1.5 hours)

**What We're Looking For:**

Non-smoker, pet-friendly, and reliable

**Compensation:**

$15-17/hour

**Start Date:** March 13, 2026
