**About the Role:**
We're seeking an experienced, nurturing caregiver with genuine one-on-one newborn experience. You'll provide compassionate, attentive care in a calm, supportive home environment.
**Your Responsibilities:**
• Complete newborn care: feeding, diapering, soothing, and establishing healthy sleep routines
• Developmental activities: tummy time, age-appropriate stimulation, and gentle play
• Short walks with the babies when weather permits
• Light baby-related housekeeping: bottle washing, baby laundry, and nursery tidying
**The Schedule:**
• Monday - Thursday
• 8:30am - 5pm (flexible daytime hours)
• Full-time role with potential to grow into an even more involved position
**Who You Are:**
• Genuinely passionate about working with newborns
• Calm, patient, and detail-oriented
• Reliable and a steady presence during the newborn season
• Comfortable with light housekeeping
**Compensation:**
• $20-$35/hour (based on experience)
• Starts February 27
