Join Autism Learning Partners and make a real difference in children's lives!
We're looking for compassionate caregivers to support 3 children (preschool and elementary ages) with autism through evidence-based Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.
What You'll Do:
• Work alongside Board Certified Behavioral Analysts to provide therapeutic support
• Teach vital skills: communication, social interaction, self-help, and play
• Engage actively with children through play, staying energetic and present
• Record progress data to track each child's growth
• Ensure a safe, supportive environment
Schedule:
• Every day of the week (Monday-Sunday)
• 3:30 PM - 8:30 PM
• Starting March 2, 2026
What We're Looking For:
• Your own reliable car
• Genuine passion for working with children
• Willingness to learn ABA principles on the job
• Physical ability to bend, squat, and play on the floor
Compensation:
$24 - $30 per hour
No prior autism experience required—just bring enthusiasm and a caring heart! Training provided by professionals in the field.
