**About the Family:**
We're a loving, Christian family seeking a caring and dependable caregiver for our two daughters: a 7-month-old infant and a 3.5-year-old toddler. We speak Portuguese at home and value someone who shares our commitment to patience, kindness, and genuine care.
**The Role:**
You'll provide nurturing childcare during flexible hours:
• Monday: 10am-12pm
• Tuesday-Thursday: 8:30am-3:30pm
• Friday: 10am-12pm
The parent works from home 2 days/week and in the office 3 days/week, creating a collaborative environment.
**What We're Looking For:**
✓ Someone who genuinely loves working with children
✓ Reliable, trustworthy, and patient
✓ Non-smoker with your own transportation
✓ Pet-friendly attitude
✓ Portuguese speakers preferred (Spanish or English welcome!)
**Compensation:**
$8-15/hour, starting February 23
