We're seeking a compassionate, reliable nanny to care for our 14-month-old twins starting mid-April. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who loves working with little ones and values a flexible, supportive work environment.
**Schedule:**
Part-time: 15-20 hours per week
Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Choose your preferred shift:
• Morning: 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM
• Afternoon: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
(Shifts are negotiable!)
**What You'll Do:**
• Follow the twins' daily routines and keep them engaged with age-appropriate activities
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks, then handle cleanup
• Manage laundry for baby items
• Provide warm, attentive care in a family-oriented home
**What We're Looking For:**
• 3+ years of childcare experience (toddlers and multiples a plus!)
• Current CPR certification
• Non-smoker with your own transportation
• Reliable, organized, and genuinely warm with children
• 2+ professional references
• Willing to complete a background check
**Compensation:**
$25/hour (based on experience)
