Monday-Friday, 8am-12pm (20 hours/week)

💰 COMPENSATION
$18-$28/hour (based on experience)
👶 ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Provide warm, attentive care for a growing premature infant as he develops and strengthens. This is an opportunity to build a meaningful, ongoing relationship with a family who values quality childcare.
✨ YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Infant care expertise (preemie experience is a plus!)
• Bottles and developmental play
• Light housekeeping (play areas, bottles, baby laundry)
• Follow and help evolve daily routines
• Proactive, open communication with parents
• Minimal/no screen time
• Language immersion activities
📋 IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Prior infant care experience required
• CPR certification preferred
• Non-smoker
• Comfortable with pets
• Reliable and proactive
