We're seeking a compassionate, experienced nanny to care for our 5-month-old son 1-2 days per week in San Diego. This is a flexible part-time opportunity perfect for someone passionate about early childhood development.
**About Your Role:**
Your primary focus will be nurturing our infant while we're at work. You'll also care for our 11-year-old daughter when she's home from school or during summer months. We're looking for someone who brings both expertise and warmth to every interaction.
**What We're Looking For:**
• CPR Certified (required)
• Experience with newborns and young babies
• Knowledge of sleep training and baby-led weaning
• Background in or genuine interest in early childhood development
• Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
• Non-smoker with own transportation
• Comfortable with pets
• Willing to help with light housekeeping
**Schedule Details:**
We need coverage 1-2 full days per week. Days and exact hours are flexible and will be finalized once our work schedule is confirmed (we may be starting a new position soon). Current window: 6am-6pm.
**Compensation:**
$20-25/hour
