**About the Role:**
We're seeking an experienced, nurturing caregiver to support our little one's growth and development. You'll spend quality time outdoors, guide developmental milestones, and assist with meal prep in a relaxed, family-friendly environment.
**Schedule & Flexibility:**
20-28 hours per week
Primary hours: 8am-4pm (flexible scheduling available)

**About Our Family:**
I'm a physical therapist with my own practice, and my husband works from home 3 days/week. We're looking for someone who can be a trusted, long-term partner in our daughter's care.
**What We're Looking For:**
Experience with young toddlers
CPR certified
Own reliable transportation
Comfortable with our friendly 5-year-old Bernedoodle
Non-smoker
**Compensation:**
$23-28/hour
Start date: March 30
